Vehicle Management:

- Handle issues such as undeliverable packages, address discrepancies, or delivery rescheduling.
**Compliance and Safety**
Follow Guidelines:
- Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and delivery safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with protocols for handling fragile, hazardous, or high-value items.
Documentation:
- Accurately log deliveries, pickups, and any discrepancies in delivery logs or mobile apps.
- Record mileage, fuel usage, and other vehicle-related data as required.
**Warehouse Coordination**
Loading and Unloading:
- Assist in loading and unloading packages at warehouses or customer locations.
Package Sorting:
- Help with sorting packages at the warehouse when necessary.
Skills and Qualification:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to plan routes and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and walking long distances while delivering packages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
- Comfortable using GPS devices, route planning apps, and electronic delivery tools.
