Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations, ensuring high-quality staffing solutions aligned with client expectations.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    Maintenance and Improvement:

  • Maintain and enhance the functionality of the existing eBS ServicePortal/SHS web portal.
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance of the MMP Service, focusing on seamless integration with SAP.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of the TASK Merchant Portal, allowing customers to download invoices and manage users effectively.
  • Development of New Features:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop new features for the existing portal systems.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of enhancements to the MMP Service and TASK Merchant Portal.
  • Systems and Modules:

  • eBS ServicePortal/SHS:
  • Web portal based on CMS Sitefinity by Progress.
