Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough oral health examinations and diagnoses for pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized dental treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including preventive treatments (sealants, fluoride applications), restorative care (fillings, crowns), and extractions.
- Administer conscious sedation and general anesthesia safely and effectively when required, in accordance with established protocols.
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and preventive dental care.
- Manage dental emergencies and trauma effectively.
- Collaborate with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with professional standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited postdoctoral program in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state of Maharashtra.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in pediatric dentistry post-residency.
- Proficiency in all aspects of pediatric dental care, including behavior management techniques.
- Experience with conscious sedation and general anesthesia administration.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their oral health.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and parents.
- Strong understanding of child development and psychology.
- Proficiency in using modern dental equipment and electronic health records.
