- Giving input on developing the details to make the project cost effective & preparing the sketches for the preparation of the IFC drawings. Responsible for the cost-effective and easiest construction methodology based on the company standard details.
- Managing and guiding the preparation of technical drawings for ID with proper MEP, Façade, structure Coordination along with Head office team. Responsible to make sure the coordination is done properly so that no rework or mistakes happen on site.
- Managing as well as guiding the teams. Responsible for training the team on ID materials and construction methodologies based on Company Standards and design intent and mentoring them to do proper interior detailing using BIM technology. Accountable to make sure the team is technically Knowledgeable in interior fit out and other trade coordination
- Randomly check the drawings before issuing them to the Head office team. Giving expert judgement to the staff involved for preparation of IFC in coordination with Head office team leaders. Responsible for the correctness of the IFC drawings prepared by the team
- Having Regular meetings, discussion and correspondence with head of office Team leads or managers regarding the unresolved details and design issue. Responsible for clearing the issues with proper guidance.
- Evaluating the staff based on feedback from the team leaders as well as directly checking them to ensure that the staff productivity is ensured. Accountable for proper evaluation of staff based on the work capacity on Quarterly basis.
- Accountable for the preparation of the reports as required by the management.
