Summary
The Cloud Operations Deployment Manager is responsible for coordinating FINEOS Cloud deployments for our customers and all aspects of operations management of the FINEOS Cloud for their pre-production and production environments. This role requires a blend of project management, technical understanding, organization skills, and good communication to ensure that the customer’s deployment goals are met within the established timelines.
The CODM partners with various FINEOS teams like deployment engineers, support engineers, product management and engineering, as well as our customers teams to provide the customer with an excellent experience.
This role generally works a standard business week, but occasional weekend work and / or on-call rotations may be required. A flexible schedule is required as most releases occur outside of regular business hours.
Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
· Manage Production Deployments
· Responsible for the overall success of named customer deployments as single point of contact during the deployment period
· Build and maintain well established relationships with key customer stakeholders
· Establish success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines for deployment projects and ensure projects remain on track and on time
· Manage Customers to ensure all teams are aligned and deliverables are met.
· Maintain project tracking and customer issue documentation within appropriate systems and databases
· Release Management including Change Management
· Continuous improvement of Release Standards and Processes
Education and/or Experience
· A college degree or equivalent work experience
· 2+ years of relevant work experience in Change and Release management
· Prior experience in cloud, networking, security products and enterprise network infrastructure a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to present to a large audience and facilitate calls of that size
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Knowledge of AWS: CloudFormation, EC2, S3, EMR, ECS, ECR, CodeDeploy, Autoscale, Cloudwatch
Technical Skills
· AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
· Strong knowledge of specific technologies is ideal:

Eurofins is looking for an experienced Release and Deployment Manager to implement efficient procedures for the distribution and installation of changes to IT systems across multiple release environments, and with providing IT service and initial business functional support. This position is responsible for the cross-technology domain release and deployment management, and to ensure full coordination of release activities.
The individual will be a cooperative team player working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and various other IT teams, for designing the rollout plans and all other release essentials, to effectively deliver releases as necessitated by the business.
MAIN ASSIGNMENTS:
• Perform release program activities and functions as an expert in Release and Deployment Management, following established Release and Deployment Management processes and policies.
• Act as a major liaison between Development team, Test team, Infrastructure teams and the other domain-specific resources, for assimilating the information, and to manage the schedules, communication and expectations in an appropriate manner.
• Provide early life support to the customers for a limited time period after rolling out to production, in order to ensure smooth transition to the Operations teams for production support.
• Act as the gatekeeper to the release and deployment process, ensuring consistency in policies and operational procedures, release, testing and production environment validation.
• Ensure that all the Release and Deployment Management process related documents are maintained and kept up to date.
• Prepare, plan and anticipate release program activities and involve in Infra related transversal topics and efficiently optimize costs.

• Operate at review level, consistently interacting with IT and line-of-business senior management.
• Work closely with other Release and Deployment Managers and act as a backup when necessary.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
EDUCATION: BE Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelor’s degree with the right experience.

Purpose of the role
General Mills India team virtually caters to multiple plants, warehouses, and several business teams / groups in US. The primary role will include people management, service management along with replenishment & network management responsibilities.
The incumbent will drive collaboration between Distribution, Supply, demand planning, and System governance teams to achieve functional/organizational targets.
The objective of this role is to drive efficiencies in case-fill while balancing cost and operational constraints.
Lead and develop a team of distribution planners to achieve organizational goals.
Support short-term replenishment strategies in collaboration with US replenishment managers.
The Manager will collaborate with other planning teams (Demand/Supply) to proactively call-out service risks and minimize the impact on overall case-fill targets.
