This role requires hands-on experience and deep expertise in managing innovative design projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Proven experience as a Design Architect or Interior Architect within the real estate sector.
2. Proficiency in architectural design software, particularly REVIT, is essential for executing complex projects.
3. Strong expertise in creating detailed GFC Drawings and Detail drawings for large-scale developments.
4. Experience working on luxury projects is required to meet the high standards of our offerings.
5. Familiarity with designing and developing luxury villas and high-end residential spaces.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team of skilled professionals to deliver sophisticated project designs.

Essential Requirement

An Architect with a B.ARCH qualification with Computational Design qualification and having experience worked on Dynamo and Grasshopper for a minimum of 3 to 7 years on real estate project typologies.

The candidate should be able to exhibit the generation and application of scripts which are used to derive Master Plans, Area efficiencies and Massing studies.

Software proficiency in Grass hopper, Rhino and Revit is mandatory.
