Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce on-brand visual content for social media, campaigns, and client projects.
li>Develop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics in line with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Collaborate with content, video, and marketing teams to elevate the visual output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas that enhance the creative strategy.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital formats, and platform-specific visual nuances.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining both quality and speed.

Requirements:

• 1– 3 years of experience in graphic design (internship or agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus).
< i>Prior marketing agency experience is an added advantage.  li>Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for creativity and originality.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

ole & responsibilities

1) Undertake modeling, merchandising and rendering of home interior 3D models

2) Produce final render of the approved designs and basic dimension outputs for designs shared by the design team

3) Curate mood/theme boards to support the design

4) Post which, compile the desired output files in the form of a client presentation in a pre-decided format

5) The primary role of a DA is to support the sales team to prepare the RFP, cost estimates and presentations,to compile and present the design in the form of a proposal in the stipulated time for booking conversions.

6) Work with the design team of interior designers on the detailed design drawings, service drawings, validation decks, quotations and 3-D views for design discussions with customers.

7) Work closely with interior designers to create the final deck for production of the proposed interior modules

1. Shadow design discussions the Senior Designer does with clients; prepare Minutes of Meetings and keep track of project milestones to ensure a timely and high-quality delivery
2. Assist the Senior Designer in 3D designs using SpaceCraft (HomeLane Software) and Sketchup; recommend enhancements and be a sounding board for the Senior Designer
3. Be available for Site Visits, Masking along with the Senior Designer; take on the responsibility of file management across HomeLane tech systems
4. Assist the Senior Designer in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools; validate quotes to ensure customers get a transparent and fair estimate.
5. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure a great design outcome; build relationships with teams like sales, drawing QC, project management teams and planners.

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Design education background - B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Design
2. 0-1yr of experience in Interior Design / Architecture
3. Good communication & presentation skills
4. Basic knowledge of Modular furniture
5. Practical knowledge of SketchUp
6. A great attitude.
