Specifics of the role:
- Responsible for the end to end design coordination of the project assigned till handover. Responsible to have the design vision document in place, coordinating the concerned departments and ensuring the draft document duly reviewed by management in place.
- Check technical details with respect to architecture design and structural provision; Document feedback to consultants for further design development. Ensure feedback is incorporated. Co-ordinate with consultant/s for concept closure.
- Ensure a detailed design coordination and prompt delivery of designs/ GFCs as per the design delivery schedule. Ensure 100% TAT met for all the stages of construction. Ensure the design development is undertaken at any stage as required. Conduct joint design review with Design lead for all interior spaces ie. lobbies, club house etc.; Check technical details with respect to architecture design and structural provision; Document feedback to consultants for further design development. Ensure feedback is incorporated. Co-ordinate with consultant/s for concept closure.
- Ensure selection of material and sign-off as per the project timelines, coordinate with procurement team for the same.
- Coordinate for all service design basis reports and concept drawings. Coordinate with internal/external team to ensure the design fits within the budget & coordinate to ensure value engineering across the entire design process.
- Ensure documents needed for approvals are listed in advance & available as needed.
- Site visit: Conduct joint site visits (for current and upcoming projects) with site lead and document observations with respect to experience of the project, approved designs and technical concerns. Co-ordinate for their further working.
