• 6 to 8 years of Product Design & development experience in automotive Cockpit Components (Door Trim, Console, Instrument Panel etc.)
• Must have worked on local development programs.
• Working experience in Component & System level designing.
• Proficiency in CAD modeling within a product development environment
• Good Knowledge in Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility study.
• Experience in constructing component and full vehicle DVP&R and DFMEA
• Knowledge on plastic molding/Welding and sheet metal process.
• Working knowledge on interior regulatory and certification requirements
• Good communication skills, presentation skills, technical report writing skills, and timeline creation and management skills are required.

•  Good Technical knowledge on RF/ Microwave, Mixed-signal, Digital, Analog Circuits & Sub-
  Systems, current prototype/ production/ process technology.
• Experience on design, development, testing, debugging & field trials of RF/Digital subsystems
  like Transmitters, Receivers, Frequency converters, Mixers, PLL Synthesizers, Amplifiers,
  Filters, passive components, etc. for strategic electronics requirements.
• Experience/ Programming knowledge on DDS, Direct conversion, Agile Transceiver ICs, Mixers,
  and Synthesizers.
• Experience in Board & Circuit design, simulation, testing, integration, validation, debugging and
  optimization of performance parameters like Power, Frequency, S parameters, Impedance
  matching, Modulation techniques, etc. with consideration of A&D Quality & EMI/EMC
  standards.
• Experience in RF/ Mixed signal schematic preparation, DRC check, power budget analysis, Net-
  list generation and verification, PCB layout, manufacturing & assembly.
• Understanding of scope of work, client inputs/requirements specifications, input analysis,
  architecture, component selection, ordering, preparation of Block diagram.
• Hand-on testing experience using microwave test equipment’s like network analyzer, spectrum
  analyzer, Signal generator, Oscilloscope, Noise source, etc.
• Very good skills for documentation, generation & execution skills of ATP, ATR, TDR, CMR,
  QMS Reports, Project management, planning & organizing.

•  Quick learner, efficient team member, result oriented, good communication & interpersonal skills,

The is a dynamic leader responsible for guiding a multi-disciplinary team through the complete lifecycle of complex projects undertaken for space systems. This role ensures the successful delivery of projects by meticulously managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while spearheading the application of core systems engineering principles. The manager will coordinate the integration of various engineering disciplines—from system requirements and interface management to design validation—ensuring seamless collaboration internally and effective communication with external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and continuously improving design and development processes in line with strategic organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Preference

• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products and systems.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Perform FEA and other simulation analyses to validate designs.
• Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA) reviews.
• Select materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing.
• Develop and execute design validation and verification plans.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues during prototyping and production.
• Mentor junior mechanical engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor).
• Experience with FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Solid understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
