The Design Thinking Lead will champion a human-centred, outcomes-driven approach to transform public services. - 5 to10 years of experience in product design and development, with a focus on Product design quality management.
- Knowledge of international quality standards, such as ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001, CMMI
- Familiarity with risk management principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with design tools and software, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
- Understanding of automotive industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives
