**About the Role**
**User Research & Insight:**

Document research methodologies and findings in clear, concise reports and presentations.
**Enterprise UX Design:**
Lead the creation of user-centered designs for enterprise-scale applications, both established and greenfield projects. Tackle complex data visualization challenges and simplify intricate workflows to create intuitive and efficient user experiences. Ensure designs align with business goals, technical constraints, and accessibility standards. Focus on designing for scalability, maintainability, and security within the enterprise environment.
**Design Execution & Validation:**
Develop a range of design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes (low-fidelity and high fidelity), and production-ready UI designs. Use design tools (Figma, etc.) to create and adhere to a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all applications. Validate design solutions through user testing and iterate based on feedback.
**Communication & Collaboration:**
Effectively communicate design rationale and advocate for user centered design principles to diverse audiences, including product managers, engineers, senior stakeholders, and other designers. Present design work in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner. Actively participate in cross-functional collaboration, such as design reviews and accessibility audits, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
**Self-Starter & Initiative:**
Demonstrate a proactive and independent approach to work, taking ownership of design projects and driving them to completion. Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, users, senior stakeholders, and other designers, proactively seeking input and feedback. Anticipate potential design challenges and develop creative solutions.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
1. Fulltime Bachelor's or Master's degree in design (e.g., UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction) or a related field. Fulltime
2. Minimum of 7+ years of industry experience in digital product design, with a focus on UX design for enterprise applications. Proven ability to design complex data visualizations and simplify intricate workflows.
3. Demonstrated experience in designing data-intense, enterprise-scale applications (both established and greenfield). Understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle.
4. Expertise in using enterprise design systems and industry-standard design and user research tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Qualtrics)
**Preferred Qualifications**
**Front-End Technology Familiarity:** Strong familiarity with UI front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, Angular, React) to effectively collaborate with engineers when exploring design feasibility and implementation. Understanding of component-based design principles and front-end development workflows.
