We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage daily operations at interior project sites across Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position best suited for individuals who can handle project timelines, coordinate seamlessly with vendors, contractors, and designers, and ensure the highest quality execution in alignment with the design intent—all while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project journey.

• Oversee on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design plans
• Coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, contractors, and carpenters for smooth project flow
• Ensure timely progress and strict compliance with project deadlines
• Monitor the quality of workmanship, maintain safety standards, and ensure overall site cleanliness
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports; communicate updates and issues to the project manager/design team
• Conduct basic quality checks of materials, site measurements, and on-site execution
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and designers as needed to resolve site-related queries or updates

• Proven project management and team leadership skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in supervising interior design projects

• Sound understanding of interior materials , finishes , and installation processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for on-site operations
• Must have a valid driving license (site travel is mandatory)

Company will provide a bike/scooter for site visits

Owning a personal bike will be considered an added advantage
