**IT Support Technician (IT System Assistant)**:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Technician. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
**Technology**:
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
- Install and configure new workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
- Support regular data backups and system updates.
- Document IT issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of IT workspaces and storage.
**Qualification**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in IT is a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals).
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux and/or macOS environments.
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
