Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with IFFCO’s Field Officers, MDEs / MDOs, and State Office to achieve sales targets and execute product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural departments, PACS, fertilizer dealers, and FPOs.
  • Drive market development strategies and business plans with strong financial acumen.
  • Mentor and provide on-ground support to field teams and partners.
  • Travel extensively (10–15 days/month) across rural areas to engage with stakeholders and support initiatives.
