Role & responsibilities
Micro level project planning (WBS- Work Breakdown Schedule), & coordination in line with all internal/external stakeholders.
-Monitoring & Documentation of DPR with progress pics to track work progress on daily basis.
-Thorough Review and compliance of all BOQ/SOQ, Drawings/Layouts, Contract, Approved Make list and Tender Documents, etc.
-Checking site conditions wrt to Design drawings and raise an early flag to design, if any.
-Review and ensure availability of correct and comprehensive GFC drawings and specifications with the vendor.
-Updating PROJECT TRACKER & PROJECT BOOK on a Weekly basis.
-Monitoring proper Quality & Workmanship of Project execution works at site and issuing detailed Snag list to vendor for rectification.
-Monitoring proper Safety of execution works with Documentation of Near Miss incidents. (Following Safety mission statement - 'Safety First & Zero Accidents').
-Ensuring timely delivery of Projects in all respects within the stipulated timeline & budget, and handover to FM & Ops team with a readiness/Go-Live intimation communication.
-Ensuring documented handover of all completed Projects to FM team complying HOTO signoff process along with all warranty certificates, service, test reports and all other deliverables mentioned in the document upon Project Completion.
-Verify & process RA bills as per contract and certify measurements (MB) & first level Signoff of vendors' bills immediately on project completion.
-Ensuring timely GRN, Bills & Closure of POs, Carry Forwards & Provisions along with necessary documents (As built drawings, Materials Delivery Challans, WCC, Test & Warranty certificate, Service report, etc.)
-Bringing up and Implementing ideas/insights that result in cost saving of Project Capex, in alignment with Design team, without compromising Quality & Safety.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 yrs experience in Industrial/ commercial Infrastructure projects.
-BE/B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical.
-Good knowledge in Project Management required; PMI certification is a plus.
-Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
-Preferred location; Hyderabad/Bangalore.
