• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect and design scalable, robust, and efficient software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Drive technical decision-making, code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the development process.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and champion their adoption where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and production issues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies.
• Manage team workload, task allocation, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and career development support to team members.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex software projects.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) and associated frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
