Designation: Senior / Lead - Azure DevOps

Experience: 6+ Years

Work Location: Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for repeatable and automated provisioning.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) including scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Deploy and manage Helm charts for application packaging and release management.
• Implement and manage Git-based CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Utilize ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployment and configuration management.

Skill Set:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps or related roles in enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep expertise with Azure Cloud Services, including VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, AKS, Key Vaults, etc.
• Proficient with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Strong experience with AKS, including Helm for chart management and lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, GitOps workflows, and continuous deployment strategies.
• Proficient in Git, YAML, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, subnets, routing, and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.
• Experience working with high-availability and distributed systems at scale.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.)
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues across networking, infrastructure, and application layers.
• Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and architecture teams to align infrastructure solutions with business needs.
• Advocate for DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers in the team.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance of critical infrastructure.
