Nosh: The World's First Robo-chef for Homes:
Nosh Cooking Matar Paneer
We’re looking for a Support & Diagnosis Engineer to be the brain of our post-sales support . You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for diagnosing issues, guiding users, scheduling services, and ensuring their Nosh robo-chef runs flawlessly.
This is not just a support role, you’ll own issues end-to-end, build trust with customers, and feed insights directly into our product roadmap , shaping the future of Nosh. Proper training will be provided.
- Be the primary technical contact for customers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and software.
- Coordinate and schedule service visits where needed.
- Take full ownership of support cases from report to closure.
- Capture recurring problems and influence product/engineering improvements.
- Document solutions and contribute to customer-friendly guides.
Must-Have
- B.Tech degree (mandatory) in Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields.
- 0–4 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication in English (Hindi/regional languages a plus).
- Flexibility to work in 8-hour shifts .
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to consumer electronics, robotics, IoT, or automation systems.
- Hands-on debugging or field servicing experience.
- Be the voice of the customer : your insights directly shape the product.
