**About the role**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Trainer
- Nutrition & Dietetics(Female)** who will play a key role in educating and guiding individuals on the fundamentals of nutrition and healthy living. At Fitelo, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, simplifying complex concepts, and equipping learners with practical knowledge to improve health outcomes. Beyond teaching, you will inspire learners to adopt healthier lifestyles, provide real-world dietary insights for various life stages and conditions, and keep training content updated with the latest research in nutrition and dietetics.
**Specifically this role will involve**:
- Teaching the fundamentals of Human Body and Nutrition Science
- Providing training on Diet Planning and Indian Food Patterns
- Educating about Nutrition across Life Stages and Special Health Conditions
- Explaining Metabolism and Nutrition for an Active Lifestyle
- Guiding on Managing Medical Conditions through Diet
- Delivering an interactive, practical, and impactful learning experience for students
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Nutrition, Dietetics, or related healthcare training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and positively impacting learners
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics/ Clinical Nutrition/ Food & Nutrition/ Public Health Nutrition, or a related field.
- Ph.D. in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or an allied field is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹9,063.61 - ₹35,000.19 per month

**Overview of the Role**:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking classes in both offline and online mode, assisting with the development of course material, delivering presentations, and handling other administrative duties.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching / research / industry after Masters
- Combination of Academia and Industry Experience is preferable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Delivering course curriculum in classroom and/or online, which includes ensuring student awareness of course objectives, approach and evaluation techniques and planning lectures pertaining to core aspects of discipline with industrial relevance.
- Developing e-learning content for the LMS incorporating technology into the learning process.

- Participating in developmental role like brand promotion, resource mobilization, conducting seminars/ workshops, sports, extracurricular activities, assessing Library requirements, and organizing foundation course

**Key Competencies**:

Assistant Editors are entry-level with experience as an Editorial Associate or limited prior experience as a handling editor; they almost certainly have experience as an author, reviewer, and potential as a guest editor or junior member of an editorial board, but are unlikely to have experience handling manuscripts through peer review.
**How will you make an impact?**
- driven screening for manuscripts at the appropriate point in the workflow, either during holistic manuscript handling or as a point of escalation for a peer review service.
- Raise integrity concerns because of the SME screen/check via appropriate channels.
- Evaluate new submissions for their suitability for the journal, taking an immediate decision with the appropriate decision rationale, in line with the journal’s policy/scope.
- For suitable manuscripts, select and invite reviewers.
- Assess reviewer report(s) and decide to Accept/Reject/Revise/Refer manuscript (new/transferred/revised submission);
- Assess revised manuscripts for the extent and quality of the changes made, and determine whether a final decision can be taken or whether further external review is needed; In the course of manuscript assessment (before or after external review), when a rejection is being rendered, identify appropriate journal(s) from within the portfolio as target titles for transfer.
- When a rebuttal is submitted, review the arguments and take appropriate action promptly: Pilot Projects/Special Projects Participate in proof-of-concept projects

- Broad understanding of the scholarly publishing business, including the transition to Open Access
