About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our Digital Network Unit at I-PAC. As Digital Communications & Network Specialist , you will be responsible for strategizing and executing digital campaigns, managing online communities, and mobilizing grassroots digital networks for impactful political engagement across various social media platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with political leaders, community influencers, journalists, and key stakeholders to amplify campaign messaging and drive engagement.
- Oversee and manage social media accounts by posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to interactions across platforms.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital campaigns to ensure alignment with strategic goals, adjusting and optimizing as needed for maximum impact.
- Develop and nurture a robust network of supporters, influencers, YouTubers, and media personnel at the grassroots level to expand the campaign's reach.
- Stay informed on evolving digital trends, social media changes, and audience behaviors to help shape campaign strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with design, video, and campaign teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Be proactive in adjusting to the demands of a high-pressure environment and be open to travel as required to support on-the-ground activities.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a Tier-1 institute with 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Bengali.
- General understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Open to travel as needed to support digital campaigns and grassroots outreach efforts.
