Our client, a global leader in innovative financial technology solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Enterprise Sales for the Financial Services sector. This is a fully remote, high-impact leadership role responsible for driving significant revenue growth within one of our client's most critical markets. You will lead a team of top-performing enterprise sales professionals, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and forging strong relationships with C-suite executives at major financial institutions.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy for the financial services industry, aligning with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise account executives to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within Tier 1 banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to negotiation and closing complex deals.
- Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events, establishing thought leadership.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs of financial institutions.
- Drive adoption of sales best practices and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting via CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a significant advantage.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in enterprise software/technology sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions into the financial services industry (banking, insurance, capital markets).
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams and exceed revenue targets.
- Exceptional understanding of financial services industry challenges and regulatory landscape.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to think strategically, develop innovative sales approaches, and adapt to market changes.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at managing a remote team effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
