  • Migrate and validate HR data; conduct UAT and resolve issues.
  • Deliver user training and create process documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and suggest system improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRMS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, BambooHR).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR tech implementation or HRIS administration.
  • Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
