We are seeking a talented individual to join our Pacific team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As the Digital Experience Analyst AI - Pacific, you will act as the AI Business Product Owner and assist in defining, prioritizing, and delivering AI-based digital products that align with our strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, product management principles, delivery and adoption techniques and the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, technology and data teams to create and embed AI solutions that enhance our service offerings. Its key responsibilities will include:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Leverage our global strategy to assist in develop and communicate a clear Pacific product vision and strategy for AI-driven digital products that aligns with the business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business needs, promote the use of AI to solve business complexity and ensure alignment with global and regional objectives.
- AI Enablement: Investigate processes and outcomes to define Use Cases where an AI digital solution will improve clients, carriers and colleague ways of working
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the AI demand backlog, ensuring that user stories and requirements are well-defined and actionable.
- AI Delivery: Work with our technology partners in sprint planning, scrums, reviews, retrospectives, etc to ensure the success implementation of AI use Cases
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, technology and data leader and teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the AI and insurance sectors.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI product success, improve adoption and drive continuous improvement.
- User Experience: Act as the Pacific AI Advocate for the end-user by ensuring that products are user-friendly, accessible, and meet customer needs.
- Capability and Adoption: Provide training, coaching, and support to internal teams and clients on AI digital products and features in order to improve their AI utilisation

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments of client organizations to identify challenges and opportunities in digital transformation.
- Develop strategic recommendations and detailed implementation plans for digital initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and propose solutions for optimization using digital technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders at all levels of client organizations.
- Prepare and present high-quality client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
- Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Advise clients on emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, and data analytics.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes.
- Guide clients through change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new strategies and technologies.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support digital transformation investments.
- Foster strong client relationships and build trust through expert advice and execution.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a specialization in digital transformation or technology strategy.
- Proven experience advising clients on digital strategy, process improvement, and technology implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and client management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with various digital technologies and their business applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a client-facing team.
- Experience in sectors such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare is a plus.
- Strong understanding of change management principles.

Job Role: This is a Techno-functional role to support the accounts for Hyderabad location. The incumbent would be accountable to identify scope of Process Excellence for improving the customer experience (NPS,CSAT,etc.) via doing end to end process assessment and deploying any cognitive or CCAAS solutions if applicable based on the CBA and Tech outcomes.
Key essentials:
- RPA / Cognitive solution-based project to improve customer experience.
- Green Belt certification is mandate; however, preference is for Black belt certified professional
- Must have experience with end-to-end process assessment on understand the bottlenecks and tech landscape
- Good to have knowledge around CCAAS solutions like GEN AI tools like Conversation AI, Community forums, Accent Neutralizer, QA Automation, Sentiment analysis, language Translation etc., Sandbox Simulation, Knowledge AI etc.
It's a complete Work from Office role (5days week) from Hyderabad office

- Identification of Opportunity by conducting detailed Process Discoveries &/ Customer Journey Mapping
- Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and driving business growth

- Create a culture of problem solving by imparting trainings
- Identify new technologies which can help us improve CNX &/ our client’s business processes
Desired Skills/ Preferred Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX business & associated channels
- Solution Building – Business Transformation Roadmaps
- Transformation / Process Re-engineering (RPA, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean / Six Sigma
- Strong understanding of AI enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc)
- Proven experience in conducting Process Discoveries & write Process Design Documents
- Lean Six Sigma BB / MBB Certification would be preferable
- Strong Stakeholder / client management experience
