Today, this role has direct leadership accountability for one permanent employee and several contract roles. It also chairs a global digital acceleration team with approximately 25 participants from across the globe.
    + You will play a key role in the identification, planning, financial modeling, roll-out and optimization of the developed Digital Innovation portfolio across the entire global business unit. This requires strong project management skills and influencing ability across functions, geographies, and hierarchies.   • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of consultants, including people managers, senior consultants, and analysts with experience ranging from 2 to 20+ years.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (, Sales, Product, Delivery) to align team capabilities with market needs.

  • Client Strategy & Delivery Oversight

  • Drive the team’s delivery of strategic engagements including Digital Transformation Strategy, Change Management, Customer Journey Mapping, User Experience (UX) Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Process Optimization, and Web & Digital Analytics.

  • Serve as an executive sponsor and thought partner for key client engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and long-term value.

  • 20+ years of professional experience including:

  • Experience in digital strategy, customer experience transformation , or marketing technology consulting .

  • Proven experience building and leading large, diverse, and multi-tiered consulting teams within a global or matrixed organization .

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience platforms — familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud is a strong plus.

  • Track record of working with enterprise clients across industries (, retail, BFSI, telecom, etc.).
