Job Summary: USA Tax Gurus LLC, a fully remote U.S. tax and accounting firm, seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive lead generation. You will develop and execute multi-channel strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, , and X, creating compelling content (blog posts, videos, infographics) and running high-converting sales funnels to attract and engage our target audience. A key focus is tracking and optimizing ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC) using analytics and our new GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring measurable growth through industry-standard KPIs and strategic ad spend aligned with our revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop Multi-Channel Digital Marketing Strategy
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive leads.
- Manage and optimize company website ( social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, , X) and email campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and assist in creating engaging content (blog posts, videos, infographics, eBooks) to attract and retain clients, highlighting solutions like tax savings or international compliance.
- Lead content strategy for sales funnels, landing pages, and social posts, ensuring alignment with audience pain points (eg, complex taxes, bookkeeping challenges).
Sales Funnels Development and Management:
- Design, run and optimize sales funnels (eg, lead capture, service pitch) using tools like ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel to convert leads into consultations.
- Create funnel graphics (e.g., hero images, infographics) and integrate with ad campaigns to drive traffic and maximize conversions.
Paid Advertising Campaigns and SEO:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEO), social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, optimize ad creatives and targeting and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
- Conduct website audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to enhance website performance and user experience.
Analytics, ROI Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze engagements, ad spend and CAC across all channels using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel CRM.
- Define and monitor industry-standard KPIs to drive growth.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI and actionable insights, recommending ad spend to management.
- Support migration from our existing CRM to GoHighLevel, leveraging its reporting tools to track leads and client conversions.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies and best practices in digital marketing.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation with emerging digital marketing channels or tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving leads via multi-channel campaigns and sales funnels.
- Expertise in creating and assisting with content preparation (blog posts, videos, infographics).
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO using Blog publishing, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience developing and running sales funnels using tools like ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel achieving 5–10% conversion rates.
- Advanced skills in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM for lead tracking and reporting.
- Deep understanding of industry-standard KPIs (eg, conversion rates, CAC) and ad spend benchmarks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely and align with our team’s goals.
- Strategic and creative thinker, capable of translating business objectives into high ROI digital campaigns.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy, drive student acquisition, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement—particularly within the education industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising.

Required Skills and Qualification :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech sector .
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns .
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and marketing automation platforms .
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage high-budget campaigns and deliver measurable results.
