Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
Location: Mumbai, India

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a creative digital and social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.), aligned with ALBON COSMETICS' brand philosophy.
- Drive online sales through SEO optimization, Meta campaigns, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, and other performance marketing strategies.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (videos, Reels, tutorials, static posts, product stories, reviews) to showcase high-end and new-to-market products.
- Plan and oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and campaign execution.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement, reach, and sales.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product development teams to support promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and influencer partnerships when needed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
- Professionally engage with customers and audiences across platforms, cultivating strong brand loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, lifestyle, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- Proven track record in building and scaling brands digitally, with measurable success in sales-driven campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
