Key Responsibilities:

- Email Warm-Up: Implement email warm-up strategies for new or low-reputation email domains. Gradually increase sending volumes while monitoring deliverability metrics. Use tools like Warmbox, Lemlist, or Mailreach to maintain sender reputation. Identify and resolve issues affecting inbox placement.
- Database Management: Manage and grow email subscriber lists. Clean and verify email lists to reduce bounce rates and improve deliverability. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. Generate detailed reports and offer actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Optimization and Testing: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and email content. Optimize email designs for mobile responsiveness and accessibility. Continuously refine warm-up processes to ensure long-term deliverability success.
- Tool Utilization: Use platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo for campaign management. Leverage email warm-up tools to establish and maintain high sender reputation.
Skills:
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Experience with email warm-up tools and practices. Knowledge of email protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
