**Position Summary:**
In essence, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who is a tech-savvy marketer who leverages automation to improve marketing efficiency, personalize customer experiences, and drive business growth.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage (Previously known as Marketo). You will be responsible for building and managing email campaigns, landing pages, forms and workflows that drive engagement. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Automation Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing automation campaigns, analyzing marketing metrics, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and optimizing automation workflows, monitoring campaign performance, and conducting web analytics to enhance marketing strategies. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to support marketing objectives and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation and Marketing Analytics
- Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing techniques
- Skilled in Web Analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with CRM platforms and eCommerce systems is a plus
