This position reports to the Sr Director of Digital Operations and is part of the Life Science Innovation Group, located in Pune, India. This role will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design, build, and execute global marketing automation campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs.- Collaborate with marketers and content teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with audience needs and business goals.- Implement and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and dynamic content to drive conversion rates and customer engagement.- Partner with the analytics team to assess campaign effectiveness and propose actionable insights for improvement.- Provide training and support to regional teams using the marketing automation platform to ensure global campaign consistency and quality.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Professional Experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable B2B marketing automation platform. EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. LanguageFluent English required; other languages are a plus.
