As the Digital Operations Leader at SPOCTO, you will be responsible for driving the digital operations of our organization, with a focus on leveraging digital channels to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, and optimize cost structures. You will lead a team of digital operations specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement digital strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Digital Operations:
Lead and oversee all aspects of digital operations, including strategy development, implementation, and optimization.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency through digital solutions.
Evaluate and recommend the right digital channels and platforms that will result in higher resolution rates, improved customer satisfaction, and increased revenue generation.
Stay informed about emerging digital trends and technologies, and assess their potential impact on our digital operations.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining a cost-effective digital operations structure.
