Job Description - Chief Manager IT - Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technology projects across business functions (e.g., LOS, LMS, KYC, Collections).
• Manage internal project teams including developers, testers, and business analysts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to gather and define requirements.
• Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management for technology partners.
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
• Maintain detailed documentation – BRD, FRD, SOPs, UAT scripts, and test cases.
• Conduct regular project status reviews with internal leadership and external partners.

• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams for seamless execution and adoption.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech / MCA
• Experience: 8 - 10 years in IT Project Management with NBFC/Banking/Fintech domain exposure
• Proven experience in leading project teams and managing external vendors
• Strong understanding of tech systems used in NBFCs: LOS, LMS, mobile/web apps, APIs, integrations
• Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus
