About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can lead relationships with our key enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, driving business impact, and connecting client needs with technology solutions.

You will be the main point of contact for our top customers working closely with our delivery, product, and sales teams to ensure success at every stage. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on engagement to help clients get the most out of their partnership with CES.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and technology environments to deliver real business outcomes.
  • Lead onboarding, planning sessions, and executive reviews to keep partnerships aligned and growing.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure delivery and solutions stay ahead of client expectations.
  • Track performance and proactively identify ways to improve results.
  • Spot new opportunities for growth, whether it’s through new services, solutions, or geographies.
  • Stay current with market trends and technology developments to bring fresh perspectives to clients.


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in account management or client success within a technology or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and digital transformation.
  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
  • Experience using CRM tools and making decisions backed by data.
  • A consultative, strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
