Job Description
• Provide architectural blueprints Diagram and technical leadership to the Development team on AEM Sites platform
• Create high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Work closely with developers and customers to ensure an effective and intuitive implementation • Own and manage the overall technical delivery to customer, lead the technical discussions with customer teams • Ensure AEM Best Practices are followed and no technical debt gets introduced during the project
 
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field with 10+ years of progressive experience on AEM
• Expertise in design and development of AEM custom components and OSGi bundles and services • Strong knowledge of underlying AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX etc.) • Strong knowledge of integrating AEM with other solutions (Analytics, Target, CRM etc.)
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage with senior stakeholders in customer organization
• Good problem solving and debugging skills
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles

    The Role

    you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

  • Assist in managing some activities of the Application Lifecycle Management process with focus on Transition to Support and Software Decommission processes. 
  • Facilitate Transition to Support review sessions with the project and support team to review progress against the transition related tasks.
  • Assess the application scope to determine the recommended level of transition management required on specific projects for handover to support;
  • Facilitate governance checks on new software or application requests to ensure reviews are conducted by all required parties;
  • Ensure the support model for an application or service is understood and any impact on SLAs is documented.
  • Facilitate any handover sessions and capture questions, issues for follow up before the project closes out;
  • Ensure all support documentation is provided, accepted and stored by the operational support team. Any existing application documents and asset records that need to be updated are also tracked as an output of this process;
  • Capture and escalate risks or issues observed during the governance processes to ensure mitigations can be put in place;
  • Work collaboratively across stakeholders, IT teams and vendors as required based on the scope and nature of the application project.
