• Provide architectural blueprints Diagram and technical leadership to the Development team on AEM Sites platform
• Create high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Work closely with developers and customers to ensure an effective and intuitive implementation • Own and manage the overall technical delivery to customer, lead the technical discussions with customer teams • Ensure AEM Best Practices are followed and no technical debt gets introduced during the project
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field with 10+ years of progressive experience on AEM
• Expertise in design and development of AEM custom components and OSGi bundles and services • Strong knowledge of underlying AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX etc.) • Strong knowledge of integrating AEM with other solutions (Analytics, Target, CRM etc.)

**The opportunity**
**Your key responsibilities**
- System Administration and Support
- General System Administration
- Template Management
- Workflow Management
- Simple to Medium Configurations and Enhancements
- Internal Users - Access, Revoke and Re-assigning
- Mass Updates - Master Data, Projects, Contracts & Suppliers
- Analytical Reporting
- Change Request Process Management
- Collaborate to provide expertise for developing enhancements
- Review with SMEs, Reporting Team, PMO and Change Governance Board
- Build, POC Review and Feedback
- Maintain Release calendar, FAQ and notes (training materials)
- New Systems Implementations
- Be the functional expert
- Participate in gathering user requirements
- Ensure BRs are documented and reviewed and approved for the build
- Review POC and sign off
**To qualify for the role, you must have**:
- Credible experience working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well both as part of a team and independently in a global, multi-cultural and virtual environment
- Understanding of internal stakeholders and external clients’ needs and concerns; responds with a sense of urgency
- Technical and Functional experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing Suite, SLP, and Risk Management
- Advanced knowledge of ITSM / ITIL methodology
- Experience in General System Administration and Support
**Ideally, you’ll also have**
- Strong relationship and stakeholder development skills - a team player in all senses
- Excellent project management skills, knowledge of agile project management advantages
- Ability to work independently that is comfortable with taking initiative and ability to deal with ambiguity - a self-starter
- Willingness to learn and adapt, cultural sensitivity and global mindset
- Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work UK/US hours.
