Program Management & Execution:

Manex & Digital Integration.
+ Champion the seamless integration of Manex (UMS) principles with digital technologies, ensuring digitalization acts as an accelerator for continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., data-driven OEE optimization, predictive maintenance, automated quality control)
+ Collaborate closely with global and regional Manex teams to develop and embed integrated tools and methodologies
Digital Factory:
+ Drive Digital Factory Plan Implementation for the relevant use cases.

  • Manage the delivery of IT-Business projects and ensure delivery is within scope and budget.
  • Manage the client’s IT Project Management Framework, ensuring its deployment across all client projects.

  • Technical Skills/Competencies:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as a functional expert or project manager or techno-functional expert in Digital Commerce domain or CX e-Commerce or or e-commerce platform
  • Experience in driving digital commerce in B2B space or any manufacturing or technology industry or pure-play platform companies (MNC or Startup)
  • Must have managed the large and complex Digital Commerce solutions , and a strong understanding of platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP hybris, ADOBE etc) and customer service technologies (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Exposure to OOTB modules and their functionality of SAP Commerce platform, like Multichannel Architecture, Data exchange/integration, Online Payment, Custom Development etc., Headless Commerce – Composable or Spartacus Storefront with SAP Commerce Cloud Environment – CCV2, and SAP ECC & S4/Hana integration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI). Proficiency in digital support tools (automation, chatbots, knowledge bases, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Education / Certification:

  • Having Technical degree BE / BTech with Computer Science or any engineering degree or MCA

    This opportunity is within our Digital Transformation team, that provides advisory services focused on ERP enablement, ERP selection, developing road map for Oracle Fusion Financials migration, enterprise asset management and quality assurance of ongoing implementation.

    We are looking for an AM/Manager with a strong delivery track record in Enterprise Resource Planning who is able to leverage technology-based solutions to deliver business outcomes for our clients.

    The role will be based in our Centers of excellence in Jordan, Egypt and Pakistan (Rapid Innovations) and will cater to the client engagements across the MENA region.

    Your key responsibilities

    As an AM/Manager within our FAAS digital team you will specialize in Oracle EPM modules and work closely with our clients to support them in making strategic and operational decisions about their businesses. You will be a trusted business advisor to our clients with a strong Oracle Cloud ERP implementation background.

    You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

  • Experience with implementation of Oracle Hyperion (On Premise) along with Oracle EPM will be preferred.
  • The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirements dictate
