Technical Skills/Competencies:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a functional expert or techno-functional expert in Digital Commerce or Commercial Commerce Platform or e-commerce or digital transformation
- Experience in driving digital transformation in B2B space or any manufacturing or technology industry or pure-play platform companies (MNC or Startup)
- Must have managed the large and complex digital transformation solutions , hands-on experience within implementation and deployment and customer adoption
- Good understanding of various front-end and back-end platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, SAP hybris, ADOBE, SAP S4 , PIM, CRM , Blue Yonder , SharePoint etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) and exposure to project management tools (Jira, DevOps) is advantageous
