About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and energetic Direct Sales Agents (DSA) to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our financial products/services directly to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Promote and sell company products/services (loans, credit cards, insurance, banking products, etc.).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and required documentation.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies:

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
