Hands-on Creative Oversight

  • Get into the details — from tone of copy and edit flow to design refinement.
  • Manage an in-house creative setup functioning like a digital agency capable of producing diverse content.
  • Build efficient creative processes and review structures for speed and quality.
  • Partner with Brand, Product, Growth, and Retail teams for creative consistency across touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor a young, fast-paced team of writers, designers, and content creators.
  • Foster a creative culture rooted in experimentation, agility, and craftsmanship.
  • Provide clarity, direction, and structure — bridging the gap between creative strategy and execution.


Mandatory Requirements

  • 9–12 years of experience in creative leadership, ideally from a digital-first agency or high-growth consumer brand.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across design, copy, and storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of how creativity drives performance and brand equity.
  • Ability to balance creative instinct with business objectives.
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle categories is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Passion for design, beauty, and culture with an eye for trends and details.
