    - Identifies, trains and mentors group sales associates; utilizes all available on the job training tools for associates.
    - Transfers functional knowledge and develops group sales skills of other discipline managers.
    - Provides day to day leadership to sales associates to achieve property sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and property revenues.
    - Evaluates the property's participation in the various sales channels (e.g., Area Sales, Group Sales within the Sales Office, electronic lead channels, etc.) and develops strong working relationships to proactively position and market the property.
    - Manages the marketing budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and convert CapEx opportunities into OpEx models for mid to large corporate segments.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Establish, manage, and expand relationships with OEMs, vendors, IPCs, banks, and NBFCs to offer leasing solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Customized Financial Solutions: Analyze financials and business models of prospects to develop and propose tailored leasing strategies, securing approvals and closing high-value deals.
    • Stakeholder Management: Ensure smooth operational coordination between internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive successful execution.
    • Market Expansion: Leverage extensive experience in marketing equipment finance and leasing solutions to enterprise clients.
    • Corporate Network Building: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, contractors, developers, and financial institutions.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Deploy strategic selling techniques to enhance business value for both clients and partners.
    • Operational Excellence: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word to manage reporting, proposals, and client data effectively.
