Job Responsibilities
- Support and build data systems and pipelines, monitor and enhance data flows, and work with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Troubleshooting issues, incident response
- Developing data visualizations/reports.
- Supporting maintenance work on Data & Analytics platform ensuring platform stability.
- Automation of metrics measurement
- User management and access provisioning
- Azure Subscription security score maintenance, Patching, auditing
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years IT experience
**Skills:**
Preferred
- Exposure to data analytics or data engineering concepts.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
Technical skills
- Strong SQL Knowledge - ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries
- Exposure to cloud - Azure, AWS
- Awareness of AI/ML concepts
- Python - familiarity with scripting and automation tasks
- Version Control (Git) - understanding of basic Git operations
- Data Visualization tool knowledge - Power BI preferred.

Job Description
Service Delivery Lead - Record to Report (Controllership) | Pune Review and Approval of Manual Journal Entries (MJEs):
Ensure timely and accurate review and approval of all manual journal entries.
Supervise the generation and distribution of journal entries across multiple entities and regions.
Review and Approval of Reconciliations:
Regularly review and approve financial reconciliations to ensure accounts are aligned across entities.
Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations for proper reconciliation and reporting.
Review of Open Items Including Risk Assessment:
Monitor and review open items, assessing risks and coordinating with internal departments.
Ensure timely clearing of open items to maintain accurate financial records.
Review of Trial Balance (Co Code Level):
Conduct periodic reviews of trial balances at the company code level for accuracy and completeness.
Address discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
Month-End GL Close Sign-Off Including FA and Intercompany Activities:
Manage month-end and year-end close processes for general ledger, fixed assets, and intercompany activities.
Resolve issues related to the close process by coordinating with internal departments.
Statutory Accounting:
Accountable for high-quality statutory accounting and reporting for all legal entities.
Support the implementation of new accounting pronouncements as required.
Prior experience in statutory financial statement preparation and local indirect/direct tax knowledge is a plus.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within finance operations.
Lead initiatives focused on digital transformation and automation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Project Management and KPI Reporting:
Lead projects related to R2R process improvements and migrations.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial goals are met.
Review of Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Pack (Including BS Commentaries):
Oversee the preparation and review of financial packs, including balance sheet commentaries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Process Compliance - SOX and Audit Activities:
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit activities related to financial reporting.
Lead the preparation and submission of reports for statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Consolidation Activities and Reporting:
Manage consolidation activities and ensure timely financial consolidation across entities.
Work with cross-functional teams to streamline and document consolidation processes.
Overall Accountability for R2R Services Including Stakeholder and Customer Interface:
Communicate and collaborate with regional finance counterparts.
Provide direction on key processes, share best practices, and manage global initiatives.
Partner with corporate stakeholders, including the CAO, Director of Global Accounting, and Director of Corporate Consolidations.
Strong Technical Aspect of R2R:
Demonstrate expertise in R2R processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory accounting.
Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards and regulations.
Change Management and Optimization Experience:
Lead change management initiatives to optimize R2R processes.
Implement process improvements and automation for efficiency.

14 - 20 years of experience in finance and accounting.
