**Job Purpose**:
- This position is responsible for managing the portfolio of Resolution of Commercial Disputes for Product lines of Mobility, Fixed Line, IOT and other products of Enterprise business with a view to improve Collections from VIBS Customers (Strategic Accounts, Government accounts and SME accounts)_
- HE/SHE is responsible to manage the revenue leakage by providing robust solutions to reduce/resolve disputes leading to waivers and adjustments. Will lead a tier 1 vendor teams with functional and direct reporting to achieve management objectives of the credit & risk ecosystem, while ensuring accurate provisions for revenue management of Vi Enterprise business_

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead vendor teams to ensure accurate resolution of all customer’s billing disputes and commercial adjustments for all segments and LoBs in Enterprise Business, including audit and validation of adjustments in customers account.
- Ensure accurate reporting and provisioning to Business and Circle Finance and LoBs for revenue management
- Interface with management and operations teams to close resolutions and approvals to enable customer facing teams of service and collections pan india with status.
- Compute financial adjustments and obtain requisite approvals as per Delegation of authority for parked disputes and commercial adjustments
- Ensure processes are set in place by preventive and corrective actions for the disputed links/routes to avoid repeat dispute over same.
- Work actively to meet National Collection objectives and reduction of bad Debt due to commercial disputes
- Reduction of Commercial disputes by Process, System and people intervention
- Manage circle specific Regulatory compliances pertaining to Operations
- Collaborating with IT for New development, requirements and UATs related to commercial dispute management
- Interface with 70 plus outsourced Collection Agencies and 400 plus on roll/ offroll collection resources to manage accurate capture and resolution of commercial adjustment.
