Position Overview

The Warehousing and Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's warehouse and distribution teams, ensuring that meat and seafood products maintain high quality standards throughout inventory, cold chain, and logistics processes, and are delivered to customers on time. This position requires coordinating warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, inventory counts, and shipping.

Oversee cold chain logistics to ensure meat products remain fresh and safe during transportation and storage.

Develop and optimize delivery plans to ensure that orders reach customers on time and in full.

Manage and train the warehouse and distribution teams to improve efficiency and service quality.

Coordinate relationships with suppliers and distribution partners to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Monitor inventory levels to prevent expiration or loss, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Develop safety operating procedures and warehouse management systems to ensure employee compliance with safety standards.

Track delivery data and customer feedback, and propose improvement plans to enhance the quality of logistics services.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least three years of warehousing and distribution management experience, with experience in fresh food or cold chain logistics preferred.

Experience in inventory management, order processing, and distribution system operations.

Strong sense of responsibility and team management skills, capable of efficiently organizing warehousing and distribution operations.

Proficient problem-solving skills, able to quickly respond to unexpected logistics issues.

Understanding of food safety and cold chain management standards.
