We are seeking a Senior Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion to join us during at an exciting stage of our diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging journey.
The role sees you working across all diversity dimensions with a focus on people with disability, LGBTQIA+ folks, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, young people and women in management. You understand the importance of an intersectional approach to D&I work, and you can provide strategic advice and expertise around tailoring solutions to effect a positive change in attitude, acceptance and belonging across the Corporation.
This role requires experience working alongside people with disability, management of a Disability Committee, and reporting on Disability Action and Inclusion Plan commitments.
What the role will involve:
· Managing internal diversity Working Groups and Social Networks
· Contributing to the design and delivery of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategy
· Developing and rolling out inclusion and belonging initiatives, programs, events and training
· Enabling behavioural change across the Corporation that helps to foster an inclusive workplace
· Building relationships with external government and community organisations, and representing the Corporation on external working groups
· Providing guidance to all areas of the business relating to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
· Initiating and maintaining diversity employment and retention strategies

Key skills and experience:
· Tertiary level qualification or equivalent workplace experience in Diversity and Inclusion, Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management or Learning and Development
· Previously demonstrated diversity and inclusion work experience
· Experience in designing, implementing and successful delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives
· Exceptional skills in coaching and influencing to drive change
· Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and consultation skills at all levels of the business

3. Job Description/ Responsibilities:
SIDBI is looking for an outstanding development professional, to join the team as Associate Manager-Financial Inclusion under Swavalamban Resource Facility, Programs for Development and Impact Vertical. S/he shall be responsible for the following:
(1) Support SIDBI in effective functioning/management of the day-to-day affairs;
(2) Working in close co-ordination with Mission Swavalamban of SIDBI;
(3) Processing and management of developmental projects and other allied activities (including MIS, follow-up and monitoring) being undertaken by SIDBI;
(4) Processing and settlement of related bills of the concerned agencies;
(5) Keeping in touch with sectoral developments on financial inclusion and other relevant aspects involving livelihood, small and micro enterprises and prepare updates on sectoral issues;
(6) Document project progress through various internal reporting mechanisms;
(7) Represent SIDBI in various fora/events and brief the higher-ups on the same;
(8) Interact with various stakeholders for effective implementation of the activities undertaken by SIDBI;
(9) Build/maintain strong working relationships with all concerned stakeholders;
(10) Any other work as assigned by SIDBI;
(11) SIDBI reserves the right to relocate the Officials/Consultants to any other place at its discretion.
4. Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
(1) Applicants must have a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Commerce/ Economics/ Business Management/ Rural Management and/ or any other relevant areas from recognized university/ institutions;
(2) Any additional qualification, in related field would be given preference;
(3) Demonstrated technical expertise in design, implementation of program of development nature with at-least 3-5 years experience;
(4) Understanding of social development preferably i/r/w enterprise creation, skilling and social entrepreneurship;
(5) Additional experience in managing large scale livelihood and enterprise related project would be given preference;
(6) Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Compensation Offered:
The compensation offered on a CTC basis shall be commensurate with industry standards. Higher compensation may be considered for highly competent and experienced candidates based on their suitability/ experience.
6. Place of posting: New Delhi/ Lucknow. However, the bank reserves the right to post the incumbent at other centres as the bank may decide from time to time.

Thus, merely fulfilling the requirements laid down in the advertisement would not automatically entitle any candidate to be called for interview. The decision of SIDBI to call candidates for interview shall be final. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard;
(2) Merit List: Merit list for selection shall be prepared in descending order of scores awarded by the Selection Committee in interview only. In case more than one candidate obtains the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates shall be ranked according to their age seniority in the descending order of merit;
(3) Wait List: SIDBI reserves the right to generate wait lists of eligible candidates found suitable for appointment by the Selection Committee and to consider such wait listed candidate(s) for appointment in case the preferred candidate does not join and/or in the event of attrition.
12. General Information:
(1) The candidate must be a citizen of India;
(2) Candidates are advised that they should not furnish any particulars or information that is false, tampered/ fabricated and/or suppress any material information while applying for the post;

What will you do?
- Define and drive product strategy by translating program needs into a clear roadmap with measurable milestones.
- Lead user research to deeply understand field staff, beneficiaries, government users, ensuring an intuitive and scalable product experience
- Drive adoption within operations teams by designing onboarding, training, and change management plans, and monitoring adoption metrics
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to secure buy-in, drive product adoption at scale, and align improvements with policy priorities
- Identify high friction operational processes and implement technology tools or integrations to automate and streamline workflows
- Use data and analytics to track product performance, adoption, and impact, and to inform continuous improvement decisions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
- Build and mentor a high-performing team that champions user-centricity, innovation, and operational excellence
Who are we looking for in this role?
- 10+ years of work experience in product strategy, consulting, product management, or entrepreneurial roles
- Ability to learn, iterate and pivot based on new information or constraints
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Passion and hunger for solving big social problems at scale
- Growth mindset to learn new concepts and evolve teams' thinking
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Written and spoken fluency in Hindi and English
- Willingness to stay and travel in deep rural areas
