About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion to join us during at an exciting stage of our diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging journey.
The role sees you working across all diversity dimensions with a focus on people with disability, LGBTQIA+ folks, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, young people and women in management. You understand the importance of an intersectional approach to D&I work, and you can provide strategic advice and expertise around tailoring solutions to effect a positive change in attitude, acceptance and belonging across the Corporation.
This role requires experience working alongside people with disability, management of a Disability Committee, and reporting on Disability Action and Inclusion Plan commitments.
What the role will involve:
· Managing internal diversity Working Groups and Social Networks
· Contributing to the design and delivery of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategy
· Developing and rolling out inclusion and belonging initiatives, programs, events and training
· Enabling behavioural change across the Corporation that helps to foster an inclusive workplace
· Building relationships with external government and community organisations, and representing the Corporation on external working groups
· Providing guidance to all areas of the business relating to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
· Initiating and maintaining diversity employment and retention strategies
· Translating relevant legislation, protocols and policies into practice to ensure the Corporation is meeting statutory requirements
Key skills and experience:
· Tertiary level qualification or equivalent workplace experience in Diversity and Inclusion, Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management or Learning and Development
· Previously demonstrated diversity and inclusion work experience
· Experience in designing, implementing and successful delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives
· Exceptional skills in coaching and influencing to drive change
· Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and consultation skills at all levels of the business

The Area Manager - Sales will plan and implement strategies to achieve budgeted volumes in the Motorcycle Business which includes Motorcycle’s bookings target (dealership), Market share (booking no. based) and Penetration of MIY sales. The incumbent will ensure that budgeted volumes/Revenues are achieved in GMA Revenue, Apparel Revenue. - Achieve motorcycle sales targets & revenue as per Strategic Business Plan.
- Achieve SBP targets of Apparel, GMA and Value Added services ( EW, RSA etc)
- Plan and achieve the organizational goals in terms of volumes, market share, profitability and overall growth of the organization by expansion of touchpoints.
- Manage dealerships in the specified territory and Review the Sales process at dealerships
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Scores on Sales by tracking In-Moment Scores, Google Ratings, Complaint per 100 retails, etc.
- Ensure adherence to the monthly plan of Network Expansion (both main dealerships/ Studio outlets)
- Visit dealerships/ Market as per Fixed Journey Cycle and review business parameters.
- Monitor Dealer Financials and ensure availability of Working Capital and dealer profitability Infra audit compliance by dealers in the region
- Ensure top three position in dealer satisfaction surveys across two wheeler industry
- Ensure retail finance penetration as per targets
- Ensure the dealership has quality trained sales manpower as required.
- Ensure that the dealership infrastructure is as per latest Corporate Identity Process norms and are compliant to all RE norms / Policies.
- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
- Ensure appropriate MIS reporting.
- Rides & Customer meets to be organized as per target
- Plan and implement sales promotional activities in coordination with Marketing team
- Showcase consistent Customer satisfaction index & Sales Satisfaction index
- Maintaining relationship with business partners – Dealers (dealer profit enhancement), Banks & Financial institutions
- Ensure adherence to policies, statutory norms and compliances.
Work Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field / B. E / B. Tech degree – Mechanical.
Experience:
- 4+ years relevant experience in a similar role in sales or business development capacity
- Experience in the automotive/ FMC sector.
