ABOUT DEPARTMENT

The space design teams focus on creating amazing spatial experiences. In, interior, architecture, furniture design, signage, visual merchandising, and more; and apply it to a wide range of scenarios. From Restaurants, Office Spaces, Hotels, Café, residential, exhibits, retail, and other interesting avenues.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will be responsible for creating and executing designs for the interiors of offices, and other buildings. You will work closely with us to understand our needs and preferences, and then develop a plan to create a space that meets those needs.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Creating 2D/3D Models and Sketches.Developing concepts and plans for the interior of a space.Be involved in all phases of the project including research, layouts, drafting and rendering, designing, project cost analysis, estimates, etc.Design according to the knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, production costs, and the capability of production facilities.End-to-end order management, research, order tracking, and quality check.Prepare presentations and client meetings.Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Location: Availability for full-time (in-office) internship in Jaipur. Education/Certifications -** B.Sc. - M.Sc. in Interior Designing or Design Space. But any training/ certifications/ projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate your deep interest in this field will be highly preferable. We will also need a link / PDF of a design portfolio that demonstrates a proven skillset. Software and Applications- Proficiency in Space design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software. Must posses detailed knowledge and proven application in all general piping design / layout aspects and be conversant in materials of construction, insulation and installed instruments commonly used. Must posses a thorough understanding of common equipment and routing of all major process and utility piping in accordance with P&IDs and project standards.
The role will require working alone as well as part of a large cross disciplinary team, across different office locations so the successful candidate should be self-motivated and a strong communicator who works well with others.

+ Develop layouts, labelling, dimensioning, sheet layout, design details and other appropriate design concepts.
+ Familiar with the relevant International Standards, and able to learn and understand client's standards and specifications.
+ Read and interpret 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models to assist with investigations of engineering problems.
+ Create and modify detailed engineering drawings using 2D/3D AutoCAD software packages based on information supplied by engineers and designers.
+ Develop overall layouts, plot plans and Equipment & Piping Layouts based on client information and guidance of engineers.
+ Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects with the ability to accurately predict the time required to fulfil the individual scopes of work required.
+ Assist with establishing, maintaining and enforcing the use of CAD standards in line with WSP procedures.
+ Support internal development and continuous improvement activities as required
+ Must be a self- starter and proficient in the use of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
+ 4 to 8 years of proven industry experience in either FEED and/or detailed design on Mining, Thermal Power, or Oil and Gas projects.
+ Competent with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
+ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
+ Autodesk AutoCAD certified user certification would be advantageous.
+ An Engineering qualification is not essential but would be advantageous.
+ Ability to self manage work in a fast-paced team environment.

- To contribute for Civil/Structure CAD project deliverables for Infrastructure projects, such as sewer and watermains, pumping stations, treatment plants, recycled water, dams, desalination plants, producing A
drawings, piping layouts and process drawings as per WSP CAD standards.
- This role is to contribute to growing utilities infrastructure CAD team delivering wet utilities (including Wastewater Sewage Pumping Station and Water management structures for municipal service) deliverables in
compliance with WSP Australia CAD standards.
- Responsible for Preparation of drawings including conceptual sketches and detailed construction drawings, using Autodesk Civil 3D/Advance Steel softwares (pipe networks, profiles, alignments, assemblies & sub-
assemblies, 3D Feature Lines and Grading Groups) with quality and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Vault software. Our CDE (Common Data Environment). WSP Digital Engineering standard requires the use and implication of Autodesk Vault to uphold our ISO19650 accreditation and
ISO27001.
- Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with Client drafting standards. - Responsible for CAD tasks as directed by the CAD Manager and Engineer.

- To contribute for Civil/Structure CAD project deliverables for Infrastructure projects, such as sewer and watermains, pumping stations, treatment plants, recycled water, dams, desalination plants, producing A

- This role is to contribute to growing utilities infrastructure CAD team delivering wet utilities (including Wastewater Sewage Pumping Station and Water management structures for municipal service) deliverables in

- Responsible for Preparation of drawings including conceptual sketches and detailed construction drawings, using Autodesk Civil 3D/Advance Steel softwares (pipe networks, profiles, alignments, assemblies & sub-
assemblies, 3D Feature Lines and Grading Groups) with quality and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Vault software. Our CDE (Common Data Environment). WSP Digital Engineering standard requires the use and implication of Autodesk Vault to uphold our ISO19650 accreditation and
ISO27001.
- Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with Client drafting standards. - Responsible for CAD tasks as directed by the CAD Manager and Engineer.
- Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with Client drafting standards, Australian Standards and other relevant standards as required by local and federal legislation.
- Responsible for Material and Quantity take off and underground utility coordination.
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects with the ability to accurately predict the time required to fulfil the individual scopes of work required.
- Ensuring that quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented and maintained, becoming a champion of QA to uphold the high level of quality WSP maintain and aiming to improve QA processes.
- Ensure Models, Drawings Schedules and Design Data is issued correctly, filed in the correct location for adherence to WSP standards.

+ Actively work at improving drafting skills and increase current knowledge of surveying
+ Draft plans using the standards set out by WSP using current customizations
+ Ensure that the quality and accuracy of all plans for which you have responsibility meet WSP standards before they are sent in for checking
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Geomatics Engineering Technologist certificate or other relevant technical training or Diploma holder
+ Experience in the Environment field, primary work will include producing design drawings as per engineering requirements as well as producing as-built drawings
+ Experience producing the following types of drawings are an asset; Phase 1 & 2 Drawings, Landfill Reporting Figures, Air and Noise Figures, Rural Servicing Designs, Sub slab vapour designs, Radon Mitigation System Designs
+ At least 1 to 3 years' experience using AutoCAD and related software in the preparation of survey related plans for the engineering sector
+ Excellent computer skills with a good understanding of AutoCAD, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
+ Ability to create drawings using ArcGIS and geospatial systems is recommended
+ An understanding of Microsoft Access (Database Manipulation) is recommended
+ An understanding of the basic principles of surveying and survey plan requirements
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
+ Ability to work well as part of a team or on an individual basis
+ The capacity to learn new software and be open to new ideas
+ Ability to identify and set priorities; effective time management
+ Strong attention to detail.
