The ideal candidate will have a strong background in petroleum engineering, well trajectory design, and downhole tool operations , ensuring efficient and cost-effective drilling performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute well plans based on geological and reservoir requirements.
• Monitor and optimize real-time drilling performance, wellbore trajectory, and downhole conditions .
• Collaborate with drilling, geoscience, and well engineering teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize advanced drilling software and tools to enhance wellbore accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve drilling challenges, wellbore stability issues, and downhole tool failures .

Provide technical support during rig operations, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.

28X28 Rotation

Responsible for all operations on the rig

Experience of at least 5 years with a major IOC or NOC

Knowledge and experience with high H2S operations

Expereince of Drilling in High Temp & High Pressure Wells

IWCF Certified at Supervisor Level

At least 10 years’ experience in drilling operations, 5+ years as Supervisor
