**Primary Purpose**
Wabtec Transit Services technical face in front of customer, representing all rail product lines in the region Lead and manage the TSG engineering team to ensure the project outcomes and achievement of business plan objectives. Lead and collaborate internally with different functions - services, both at local and global level to ensure the common objectives are met. Deliver high level professional, strategic and technical liaison, consultancy and advice, to key internal and external stakeholders. Manage and optimise the engineering budget to meet the financial plan and support product development strategy to meet market needs.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Providing technical leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary team of professionals, to collaboratively develop and deliver solutions ensuring they provide for the best engineering and operation performance of the product or system in a timely and effective manner.
+ Lead and direct the TSG Engineering Team through coordination meetings and monitor progress against schedules to ensure on budget delivery of products in line with the contract description and quality standards, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**

+ Experience working in a mutli-national and matrix organization.
+ Strategic management and negotiation skills;
+ Complex analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills;
+ Ability to provide strong technical leadership, coupled with people and project management skills;

The Tanker Vessel Operator is responsible for the end-to-end post-fixture execution of tanker voyages, from pre-fixture planning to voyage completion. This role is the primary point of contact for Owners, Charterers, Masters, Agents, and other stakeholders involved in the safe and efficient transportation of liquid cargoes.The Operator ensures full compliance with international regulations (e.g., MARPOL, SOLAS, OCIMF), manages cargo handling operations, monitors vessel performance and proactively addresses operational challenges. **Key Accountabilities**
+ Execute and monitor all aspects of tanker voyage operations, including loading, discharging, bunkering, and deviation handling.

+ Ensure compliance with charter party terms, vetting requirements, and international maritime regulations.
