Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support to construction and deployment.
Lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute towards building niche solutions/POC's.
Advocate standard methodologies to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations / implementations.
Contribute across all phases of CRM projects (e. g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test).
Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.
Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, Customer Workflows, JavaScript) and Web API. Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI.
Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, NET, AngularJS. Integration experience of Dynamics 365 CE with other applications.
Experience in Data migration data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and custom applications.
Technical expertise in setting up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools. DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE
