ABOUT MBSMBS, Unilever's Marketing and Business Services Procurement team, is responsible for Unilever's sourcing and supplier strategy and execution for all third party spend across Marketing, Business Services, and IT, supporting the business requirements of our Brands, Business Groups, Business Units and functions to drive sustainable growth through strategic supplier management, cost and value management, sustainability, and innovation, aligned with Unilever's GAP 2030 Strategy. The P&C Strategy & Execution manager is an exciting new position who will work very closely with the Global P&C Procurement Director in building the overall multi-year BTL strategy whilst collaborating with all BG/BUs to understand the business asks and future priorities. The role is expected to understand each portfolio's value chain, the cost structures, fundamental business objectives and other data points and at the same bring outside in perspective, external market insights and then stablish a clear framework of how the future for Marketing and BTL should look like, build a roadmap to implement the yearly plans and technology solutions for future-readiness.
The P&C senior manager needs to focus on data gathering, data analysis, think long term and build actionable strategy and year-on-year roadmap for implementation across the 8 BG regions/BU markets. The strategy should also help translate procurement efforts into increased efficiencies for the portfolio and business. This is a critical role in supporting the global portfolio that is currently transforming internally and externally, driving big unlocks and digital/tech transformations with the primary focus on driving efficiencies in our sourcing and portfolio management.
The role is as much about data & analysis, creating actionable insights and strategy creation as it is about internal collaboration, project management and driving transformational culture within the global team.
