We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director / Sr Director to lead our Digital Commerce Strategy Practice within Publicis Commerce India.
The role will focus on driving business development, engagement delivery, and thought leadership across diverse areas such as:
• B2B Commerce & Sales Transformation
• Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Models
• Omni-channel Commerce
• Channel Loyalty Programs
• AI/ML-driven Commerce Solutions
• Customer Experience & Personalization
• Commerce Technology and Platforms Enablement
You will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and experience, collaborating closely with BD teams, technology teams, UX/UI experts, and client stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful solutions. The role carries P&L / revenue responsibility and offers an opportunity to scale a high-growth practice.
Qualifications •
15+ years of experience in consulting / advisory roles in Digital Commerce, Sales Transformation, or related areas.
• Deep understanding of Commerce value chains across (not limited to) B2B Commerce, D2C, Omnichannel, Channel loyalty, AI solutions etc
• Experience leading large digital transformation programs for Indian clients.
• Familiarity with leading Commerce technologies (Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce, Shopify, etc.) and AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Strong experience in client workshops, solution architecture, and program management.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience working in consulting firms or in strategy/digital leadership roles in industry is preferred.
• MBA from a reputed institute is desirable
