Key Responsibilities:
Daily E-Commerce Operations:
- Check, process, and update orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shiprocket portals.
- Maintain and update order dispatch trackers.
- Create and download manifests, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure timely pickups.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff (Prashant) for packing and shipping.
- Ensure order status is updated daily in Google Sheets and WhatsApp groups.
Marketplace Listings & Updates:
- Upload product listings with all required info: images, descriptions, bullet points, keywords.
- Create multipack listings (Pack of 2, 3, 5, etc.).
- Modify product attributes on Flipkart and Meesho where required.
- Merge duplicate listings and fix stranded inventory on Amazon.
- Upload A+ content and handle rejection re-submissions.
Backend Ops & Documentation:
- Generate and share invoices (tax and pro forma) for buyers and mediators.
- Maintain suspense sheets and record deductions/commission breakdowns.
- Handle reimbursement, credit note, and payout documentation.
- Work on Google Sheets to update daily progress on listing and inventory status.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:
- Maintain inventory master for Trulysage, Jeevacare, MLSPL oils, etc.
- Update product in/outflow daily based on dispatches.
- Coordinate packaging material (bottles, tape, cartons) and barcode readiness.
- Ensure weekly inventory counts are done and discrepancies flagged.
Follow-Up & Reporting:

- Follow up with brands and mediators on pending payments, review activities.
- Share daily work update reports and completion status over WhatsApp and Sheets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or Amazon/Flipkart listings.
