Role Overview:
- We are looking for a results-driven D2C E-Commerce Manager to develop, launch, and scale our Shopify store. This role requires expertise in store setup, performance marketing, and e-commerce operations, along with leadership skills to manage a small, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch the Hoora Originals Shopify store from scratch.
- Oversee store design, branding, and user experience for maximum engagement.
- Conduct product research and finalize SKUs for launch and expansion.
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Build and manage a cross-functional team for operations, marketing, and customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, track analytics, and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory coordination, logistics, and order flow.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of proven experience in building and managing a D2C e-commerce store (Shopify preferred).
- Strong knowledge of product research, store design, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing and e-commerce analytics.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
