Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery. Prepare comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates. Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives. Oversee and track key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—ensuring no deviations from planned scope and budget. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reconciliation. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, instructional design, technology, and operations) to ensure smooth execution and alignment on goals.
